Shiro Kasamatsu was a student of Kaburagi Kiyokata, who Kawase Hasui learned from too. This is a later print published using the original woodblocks made in 1956. In the 1950s he published bird and animal prints, landscapes and "famous views" with the publisher, UNSODO.
Judging by the edges of the color areas in this print, it is an original. Print condition is very good; the rice paper backing has a thumb tack hole on its top border, and one dinged corner.
